Refund & Return Policy – Walastique Beauty

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and unopened

  • In its original packaging

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for opened or used skincare and beauty products.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at support@walastiquebeauty.com so we can resolve the issue.

How to Start a Return
To request a return, please contact us at support@walastiquebeauty.com.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Personal care items that have been opened

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
